Membership Requirement
The Association shall consist of Fellows, Honorary Fellows, Ordinary Members
Associates and Corporate Members.
(1) Fellows
The subscribers to the M & A shall ipos facto be Fellows, and no person shall be a fellow unless he/she is a registered medical practitioner or registered Chinese Medicine practitioner of Hong Kong and holds a higher medical qualification recognized by the Council or a person with a similar high professional qualification recognized by the Council.
(2) Ordinary Members
No person shall be a Member unless he is a registered medical practitioner or registered Chinese medicine practitioner of Hong Kong or a person with a professional qualification or contribution to Inte Medicine recognized by the Council.
(3) Associates
No person shall be an Associate unless he satisfies the Association that he is interest or engaged in the pursuit of training understanding or advancement in Inte Medicine.
(4) Corporate Members
The Association may admit as a Corporate Member any firm, company or organization which has made significant contributions to the advancement of knowledge in the art science and technology of the meaning and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine and of Western Medicine and of Inte Medicine
Membership Duties
A Fellow shall have the right to vote at general meetings of the Association. A Member or an Associate shall have no right to vote at general meetings of the Association, but a Member who is a Council member shall be a Voting Member when he serves the Council and shall have the right to vote.An Associate shall have no right to vote at general meetings of the Association nor to hold any office in the Association nor be a member of the Council.
