Job Description
The Integrative Joint Organizational Platform (IJOP) aims to build a conducive environment for collaborative practice of Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. The phase III of IJOP requires a (Assistant) Project Officer with good organization, communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and clerical duties to support the development and daily operations of the IJOP phase III project.
- Organize and perform administration, and promotion for on seminars and webinars.
- Perform day-to-day operations of online training platform in the areas of student registration, course administration, survey and feedback from course participants of the platform and enquiries handling.
- Drafting and recording documents.
- Perform video editing and production for promotional activities
- Assist in handling project documentations; responsible for data entry and coordinating the logistics online training platform.
- Liaise with both internal and external parties to accomplish project goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and Chief Coordinator
Requirements
- Degree holder or Associate/Higher Diploma graduates.
- At least 1 to 2 years' experience in online web-platform support/ website development / course training administration and support.
- Multi-tasking and capable to meet tight schedule
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
- Proactive, responsible, self-motivated, able to handle correspondence independently and work under pressure.
- Knowledge on integrative medicine would be an advantage.
- Book-keeping and full set of account will be an advantage.
Employment Terms:
- We offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidate. Selected candidate will be offered a 2-year contract with a contract-end gratuity.
- Work in staggered hours and different locations apart from the main office maybe needed to support program implementation and meet service needs.
